What we build
Systems that bring customers in and get you paid
Four kinds of work on the systems that make you money, and a fifth door for firms who want the team rather than the project.
01
Get found and booked
Most businesses in our markets lose more revenue to messages nobody answered than to any competitor. An enquiry arrives at nine at night on WhatsApp and is read at eleven the next morning, by which time the customer has booked elsewhere. We build the system that closes that gap.
Conversation agents
Answer enquiries, take bookings and send reminders inside WhatsApp, with buttons and forms rather than guesswork, in French and English.
Voice
Agents that answer the phone and book straight into the calendar, so the line is never unattended.
Booking and portals
Customer-facing scheduling, rescheduling and self-service, built for cheap Android phones and networks that drop.
02
Get paid
We run our own payment rail in this market. Everything on this page we learned by having our own money stuck in it.
Collections, disbursements, reconciliation and the failure handling that most integrations skip. Payment work is easy to demonstrate and hard to operate, and the difference shows up in month three.
Mobile money
MTN MoMo and Orange Money directly, or through an aggregator when you need many markets at once.
Reconciliation
Matching what the operator says happened against what your system thinks happened, without somebody doing it by hand on a Friday.
Compliance posture
We will tell you where your design sits against CEMAC payment rules before you build it. Draft rules would licence payment aggregation from January 2027.
03
Keep them coming back
Acquiring a customer is the expensive part. Most businesses then let them go quiet and buy another one. The systems that prevent that are cheap to run and almost nobody runs them.
Reactivation
Campaigns that re-contact lapsed customers in bulk and bring a measurable share of them back.
Loyalty and referral
Reward programmes that work at a counter, not only inside an app.
Reviews
Requests sent after every visit, replies handled automatically, with anything sensitive held for a human.
We quote messaging with a stated allowance rather than selling unlimited anything. Per-message costs are real and you should see them in the proposal, not in month three.
04 · Implementation
Make what you already own work
Most software that fails was not badly built. It was badly landed. The licence was bought, the rollout stalled, people went back to the spreadsheet, and the renewal gets questioned every year after that. We take systems you already own and get them into daily use.
Rollout and adoption
Configuration, data migration, and the training and follow-through that decides whether anybody still opens it in month three.
Integration
Making the systems you own talk to each other, and to your payment rails, so the same number is not typed in twice by two people.
Rescue
Picking up an implementation that stalled, including one that started with somebody else.
We will tell you when the honest answer is to replace the tool rather than implement it again. That advice costs us the work and saves you a year.
05 · For firms who want capacity
Or borrow the team
Some clients do not want a system built. They want engineers who have shipped to production, inside their team, for a defined period and at a defined standard.
We do that too, and we do it today. A pod joins your stack and your standup, works your backlog, and leaves documentation behind rather than a dependency.
A standing arrangement with SoftXCloud GmbH in Germany. A named team, a defined period, and a timezone that overlaps your whole working day.
Who buys this
European and diaspora firms
You need delivery capacity you can trust, in a timezone that overlaps your working day, from a team that writes and meets in English or French as you prefer. We work this way with SoftXCloud GmbH today.
Cameroonian and CEMAC corporates
You need a product team you can reach, that understands the local rails and the regulator, and that will still be here next year.
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Weekly demo.
You see working software every week, and you know the number before you commit.
