Who we are
MHTECH is the venture studio of Mountain Hub. The registered legal entity responsible for your data will be stated here before launch.
What we collect
Only what you submit in our forms: your name, email, organisation, role, country and the message or application you write. We also collect anonymous usage analytics if you consent to them.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to scope and deliver work you ask about, to assess applications you submit, and to decide whether to share our investor deck. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is processed
Form submissions are processed in a customer relationship management system located outside Cameroon. By submitting a form you acknowledge this transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, and applications for the length of the relevant intake. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under Cameroon Law No. 2024/017 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to its processing. Write to the contact address on our Contact page.
