We validate an idea, build the first version and find the first customers. Then we bring in a chief executive to scale it.
You inherit a tested concept, early customers and a working model rather than a hypothesis. You get equity, a studio behind you, and a team that has already done the hardest part of the first year.
We look for operators who have built or run something, who know a market well, and who would rather scale a validated business than spend eighteen months finding out whether an idea works.

Engineers
Engineering for equity
Senior engineers contribute to venture builds in exchange for 2 to 5 percent equity in the venture, vesting over 12 to 24 months.
You keep your current role. You build a position in a company rather than billing hours. When a venture raises, you are the first candidate for the technical leadership.
We look for senior engineers in fintech, AI and platform work who want ownership and do not want to leave a salary to get it.
